Mountain tea is based on a wonderful and delicious wild plant in the mountainous region of Greece. Its beneficial properties have been recognized since antiquity, being mentioned by the philosopher Theophrastus and Doctor Dioskourides. It is said to have been called sideritis (in Greek, “the one that is [or has] iron”) because it is a natural source of iron. It has a delicious flavor and a unique flavor.
Uses-Uses: As a drink, it is recommended against colds and sore throats because of its soothing and antipyretic properties. It also helps prevent indigestion, gastrointestinal affections and hypertension. Recent scientific studies have shown that it helps rejuvenate nerve cells.
