TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
Astron SRL will deliver the products within the terms stated on the site by courier company, at a charge, directly from the store on the date of the ORDER generation or within 3 days from the date the CLIENT generated the ORDER, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
If Astron SRL can not honor the order because the product / service is no longer available, it will inform the CLIENT about this unavailability, and then the amounts paid by the CLIENT for the unavailable product / service be reimbursed within a maximum of 30 days.
If delivery times can not be met, Astron S.R.L will notify the CLIENT of the estimated delivery completion time.
In the event that Astron S.R.L. receives erroneous information about billing or delivering products / services, Astron SRL may refuse to honor delivery without this being considered a breach of the CONTRACT or set a new deadline for honoring order.
If the courier company does not cover the area where you are located, there is the possibility of a surcharge. The courier company charges 1 leu / km for areas outside the coverage area (extra mileage).
In Bucharest, freight is free of charge for orders bigger than $ 100.
Frozen and refrigerated goods can not be shipped with courier companies, but only with cars equipped with cold installations.
